Preparing for the Academy
Once your selected payment option goes through we'll be sending you an email with instructions to prepare you for Class 1. Don't worry, there isn't too much to do in advance of the class. We do ask that you take two assessments that will help you get clarity on yourself and your team.
Kolbe Assessment
The Kolbe A Index measures your natural problem-solving instincts—how you take action when you’re free to be yourself. It helps entrepreneurs understand their unique strengths, so they can build teams and workflows that truly fit how they’re wired.
Six Working Genius Assessment
The Working Genius assessment identifies how you contribute to getting work done—what gives you energy and what drains you. It helps entrepreneurs build roles and teams that align with each person’s natural strengths in the six stages of work.
After completing your assessments, take time to reflect on who you are, why you started your business, and what you truly want from it—and from life.
Classes run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (give or take), with lunch and refreshments provided.
